These terms govern your use of amconsultings.ca and any consultation you book through it. The website is operated by Ayman & Mzyan Consulting Inc., operating as AM Consulting, a corporation in Ontario, Canada. By using the website you agree to these terms.

1. Using this website

You may view this website and share links to it. You must be at least eighteen years old and using it for business purposes. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a scale that burdens it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time. We try to keep it available but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

2. Consultations

The website lets you book a consultation with us. Booking a call does not create a contract for services and does not oblige either of us to work together. There is no charge for the call.

We may decline, reschedule or end a booking, for example if the call is not a fit or the time no longer works. Please do the same for us if your plans change.

What you tell us on a call is treated as confidential and is used to advise you and to decide whether we can help. Do not send us health information, patient records or anything else you are not free to share.

3. Engaging us for services

If we agree to work together, the scope, fees, payment terms and duration will be set out in a separate written agreement between you and Ayman & Mzyan Consulting Inc. That agreement governs the engagement. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, a price quote, or a promise of any particular service.

Where those terms and these terms conflict, the signed agreement wins for anything to do with the engagement.

4. Results and earnings disclaimer

This is the section to read carefully.

The figures, screenshots, dashboards and messages shown on this website are real records from our own clients' accounts, shown with their permission. They are examples, not a promise, a projection or a typical result.

We do not guarantee any level of revenue, bookings, leads, close rate or return on advertising spend. Business results depend on many things outside our control, including your offer, your pricing, the quality and size of your audience, your market, your fulfilment, how much you invest, the platforms you rely on, the economy and your own execution and decisions.

Most businesses that buy marketing services do not achieve the results shown in any given example, and some do not make money at all. You could spend money on advertising and not recover it. You should not make a financial decision on the basis of anything on this website without doing your own analysis, and where appropriate, taking professional advice.

Any forward looking statement we make, on this website or on a call, is an opinion about what could happen, not a commitment about what will happen.

5. Testimonials and client screenshots

Testimonials, messages and account screenshots on this website come from real clients and are published with their permission. We remove or obscure names, email addresses, phone numbers and other personal details of third parties before publishing.

Everyone featured has approved the use of their material. Nobody featured on this website has been paid or given anything of value for their testimonial. They are clients describing their own outcome. Individual experiences vary, and their result is not a result you should expect. If that ever changes, we will say so alongside the testimonial.

6. No professional advice

Everything on this website and everything said on a consultation is general business and marketing information. It is not legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment or medical advice, and we are not licensed to give any of those. Speak to a qualified professional in the relevant field before acting.

If you operate in a regulated sector, including any health related sector, you remain responsible for your own regulatory, advertising and professional obligations, including what your governing body permits you to claim in marketing.

7. Intellectual property

The website and its contents, including text, layout, design, graphics, logos, video, frameworks, processes and the AM Consulting name, are owned by Ayman & Mzyan Consulting Inc. or used with permission, and are protected by Canadian and international law.

You may view the website and quote short extracts with clear credit and a link. You may not copy, republish, resell, adapt or use our material to build a competing offering, or present our frameworks or client results as your own. Our name and logo may not be used without written permission.

If you send us an idea, a suggestion or feedback, you agree we may use it without obligation or payment.

8. Third party services

The website links to and embeds services we do not control, currently including YouTube, Loom, GoHighLevel and Zoom. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content, availability or conduct.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayman & Mzyan Consulting Inc., its directors and its personnel are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data or lost opportunity, arising out of your use of this website, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars. Liability arising from a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement instead.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, and each of us waives any objection to that venue.

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. SMS Terms

Ayman & Mzyan Consulting Inc. sends appointment reminders and, if you separately opt in, occasional offers by text. You opt in via the optional checkboxes on our booking form.
