Privacy Policy
Last updated September 27, 2026
This policy explains what Ayman & Mzyan Consulting Inc., operating as AM Consulting, collects when you use amconsultings.ca, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do about it.
On this page
1. Who we are
Ayman & Mzyan Consulting Inc. is a corporation based in Ontario, Canada. We operate under the brand name AM Consulting and run the website at amconsultings.ca. We are the organisation responsible for the personal information described here.
General enquiries: am.consulting.inc1@gmail.com
Privacy enquiries and requests: aymanshoeib18@gmail.com
We advertise to people in Canada, excluding Quebec, and in the United States. The website itself is open to anyone, so if you are reading this from Quebec or elsewhere, the rights described below still apply to you.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- When you book a call. Your name, email address and anything else you type into the booking form, including your phone number and details about your business if the form asks for them. Bookings are handled through our GoHighLevel booking calendar and qualification form.
- During a consultation. Notes we take about your business, your offer and your numbers. Calls are held on Zoom.
- When you email us. Whatever you choose to send, and your email address.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server and log information from our host, including IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you requested and the time of the request.
- The page you arrived from, and any campaign parameters in the link you clicked, such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and advertising click identifiers including fbclid.
- A random internal identifier we generate in your browser, in the form am_ followed by a random string. It is not linked to your name and is used only to connect a visit to a later booking.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want health information, medical records, patient information or other sensitive categories of data. Several of our clients work in health sectors. We work on their marketing systems, not on their patient data. Please do not send us patient or client health information.
3. Why we use it
| Purpose | Information used |
|---|---|
| Scheduling and holding consultations | Name, email, phone, booking answers, call notes |
| Replying to enquiries | Email address and message content |
| Operating and securing the website | Server logs, IP address |
| Understanding which campaigns bring enquiries | Campaign parameters, referring page, internal identifier |
| Measuring advertising, only with your consent | Meta Pixel cookies and identifiers |
| Meeting legal, tax and record keeping obligations | Contracts, invoices, correspondence |
4. Cookies and advertising
What happens when you arrive depends on where you are.
- United States, and Canada outside Quebec. We load the Meta Pixel when you arrive and record that a browser viewed the page. You do not have to click anything, and we do not show a cookie popup. You can switch it off at any time on our Privacy choices page.
- Quebec, and everywhere else. Nothing loads. No advertising technology runs and no advertising cookie is set unless you switch measurement on yourself on our Privacy choices page.
- If we cannot tell where you are, we treat you as the second group and load nothing.
To decide which applies, our host tells the page your country, and your province if you are in Canada. We keep that in a cookie for one day. It holds a code such as US or CA-ON. We do not store your IP address for this purpose.
When it loads, the Meta Pixel, dataset ID 2124222655634274, tells Meta that a browser visited a page on our site so we can measure whether our advertising works. Meta acts as an independent controller of that information under its own terms. You can read Meta's privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
We have deliberately not switched on Meta's Advanced Matching feature, which would send hashed contact details such as your email address to Meta. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, call notes or anything you tell us about your business to Meta.
We honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser sends that signal, advertising measurement stays off wherever you are, even if it would otherwise load automatically and even if a preference was previously saved on this device. An opt-out you have saved also overrides automatic loading.
Where advertising measurement is running, we store your campaign parameters and the internal identifier described above in your browser's local storage. Where it is not running, those details stay in memory for the page view and are never written to your device. Switching measurement off deletes anything already stored. That information stays on your device unless you book a call, in which case the campaign parameters and the internal identifier travel with your booking so we can tell which campaign it came from. We never put your name, email address or phone number into a tracking link.
We do not sell personal information for money. Allowing advertising cookies may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising, or as "targeted advertising", under some United States state privacy laws. Turning the setting off on our Privacy choices page, or sending a Global Privacy Control signal, stops it.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use a small number of service providers to run the business. Each receives only what it needs.
| Provider | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Website hosting | Server logs, IP address |
| Zoom | Holding the consultation | Name, email, and the call itself |
| Google (Gmail) | Our business email | Anything you email us |
| Meta | Advertising measurement, only if you opt in | Pixel cookies and identifiers |
| GoHighLevel | Our booking calendar, qualification form and CRM. It also provides the server-side connection to Meta described below | Name, email, phone, your booking answers, campaign parameters |
GoHighLevel's server-side connection to Meta is not switched on at the time of writing. When we switch it on, it will respect the same choice you make on our Privacy choices page, and we will update this page.
We may also disclose information if we are required to by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
6. SMS messaging
If you opt in to texts on our booking form, we use your number to send appointment reminders and, if you separately agreed, occasional offers. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the SMS providers we use to deliver messages (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector).
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and leads who do not become clients: deleted twelve months after our last interaction with you. This deletion is part of our routine process, not something you have to ask for.
- Clients: for the length of the engagement, then as long as we need for tax, accounting and legal record keeping. In Canada that is generally six years.
- Website server logs: for the period our host retains them.
- Advertising cookies: according to the lifetime Meta sets, or until you clear them or withdraw consent.
8. Your rights
If you are in Canada. Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, and under Quebec's Law 25 if you are in Quebec, you may ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and withdraw a consent you previously gave. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to your provincial regulator.
If you are in the United States. Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what we collect, to get a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of targeted advertising or of the sharing of your information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You will not be treated differently for exercising these rights. To opt out of advertising measurement, use our Privacy choices page or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.
How to make a request. Email aymanshoeib18@gmail.com and tell us what you want. We will confirm we received it and respond within thirty days. We may need to ask a question or two to confirm who you are, and we will not use those answers for anything else. You can ask an authorised agent to make a request for you.
9. Security and storage location
We use reputable providers, keep access limited to the two of us, and use accounts protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication where the provider supports it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Our service providers are largely based in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed there and may be accessible to authorities under the laws of that country.
10. Children
This website and our services are for business owners. They are not directed at anyone under eighteen and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, for example a new provider receiving your information, we will say so clearly on this page.
